My Reading List .
This is my current reading list.
I plan on reading all these books in a timely fashion.
Some I have resisted over the years but when people , people I respect , suggest or recommend
a book I have to consider it so I always have an open mind about what books I might not entertain on my own and give them a chance.
I must say I have yet to be disappointed. These are not necessarily in the order that I will read them. I will add to this .
What I am currently reading..
Warning.. I read MORE than ONE book at a time. Peace
* My all time favorite books A Tree Grows in Brooklyn
FAVORITE AUTHORS : Wally Lamb / Alice Seabold/ John Sanford / Kate Morton /Stephen King./ Stieg Larrson. Tess Gerritsen ./ Jeanette Walls
Ive recently been added as a book reviewer with Net Galley Stay tuned for pre released reviews of some pretty special and amazing books.
Note: ( Im sure that I've read so many more but forgot them.. This is why I spend many hours browsing other bibliophile's websites , blogs and internet hits just incase I see a book and scream
OH MY GOD......I READ THAT.. it will quickly be added. I also live to search out books in new stores.. old stores.. libraries and yardsales. ) yes I said LIVE to.. I live for it.
.I'm starting fresh... If there is a book here that you are interested in .. you can research it.. and I'll give you my review if you just leave a comment.
Below are some of my reviews and opinions on some of my favorite . must read , books.
The Millienium Series :
Girl with the dragon tattoo...Girl who played with fire and Girl who kicked the hornets nest.
This is by far the BEST set of books I've ever read for a intellectual series.
I am looking forward to the 4th book.. RIP STIEG.
The DaVinci Code was entertaining, fiction, good story line and I enjoyed it.. It was 7 yrs before I decided , on suggestion to give it a chance and I was glad I did. It didn't shake my faith .
and I will read Dan Browns other books.. a local author from Exeter.. Exeter NH is one of my happy places to be ...to be clear it DID NOT SHAKE MY FAITH. There are far more so called christians in the news and around the world who shake it up a lot more than this book of fiction.
MY GENRE is........Mysteries and Thrillers..........and some quirky memoirs .... Family sagas with deep revealing secrets ......I will be reviewing books so I will be stepping out of my comfort zone.
Interesting .........
Hauntings.. house mysteries. Witch stories and some vampire stories I love to read .. and no.. I am not letting anything evil into my life. I just enjoy the imagination of others who have a gift of story telling ..shake it up. Is my motto.
This book was such a treasure to find. It is a frenzied , rollercoaster ride , of a manic woman who due to an extremely tragic background , lost her memory and bit by bit comes to the dark , bizare ending and her story is just crazy ! teaser......never ever google yourself !!!
